Really pleased with this purchase. Nothing came damaged and it works really well. My wife is really pleased with this. It’s smaller than the classic but I like how it fits under my cabinet and doesn’t take up as much space. We’ve had no trouble with the size of the mixing bowl. My wife isn’t a professional baker and it suited us perfectly. I also read on kitchen aids website that the some of the internal parts on this one is metal as opposed to plastic.

This is my 3rd Kitchen-Aid stand mixer. The first was a 5 Qt. I gave it to my son due to lack of counter space living in a small apartment. When I moved to a bigger house, I bought my 2nd 5 Qt. When I was moving and had to downsize, this one too was given to a friend who always wanted a Kitchen-Aid. Now that I'm living in a mobile home, my kitchen counter space is a lot less. I had to do without a stand mixer and really missed having one. I recently found out about this little model. I had to have it and I'm so happy as now I can bake again with a lot more ease. It's light enough for me to pick up and move but heavy enough that it will stay in place when the machine is on. Thank you Kitchen-Aid for making this compact machine.

Just received my new mixer. Purchased as part of Amazon prime day! It's beautiful and works as it should. I'll be making my pizza dough this week and really looking forward to it. The box was shipped and received without any damage however it was missing the 6-wire whip (One of three included attachments).I called Kitchen Aid customer service and the Customer representative I spoke with was excellent. She apologized for the inconvenience and located a replacement part within their warehouse. It was shipped out immediately and I'm very happy with the experience. A classic machine with a great company reputation. I highly recommend the product & company.
